Great new exhibition starting on the 5th September. A number of my new paintings are in it! The poster above showcases the wonderful work of  Ken Murray, taking the word “Reflection” in a completely dirrerent direction from me. We are all very different in this gang!

I have recently been to see a retrospective of Jenny Saville’s wonderful work! This is a tiny detal of one of her works.  She was a great influence on a number of my own paintings in the 90s. Read the Blog post here.

This is Saville’s Instagram page.

My paintings, mostly from the last six years. They are full of colour, life and a sense of place.

I write articles about paintings I am working on, what inspired them and sometimes how they are made.
